Fat: 75.52g | Prot: 120.99g | Carb: 274.29g.   Breakfast:  milk, banana, cheerios. Lunch:  Peanut Butter, Mixed Salad Greens, Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Apple, Chicken Breast (Flame-grilled), New England Clam Chowder, baked lays potato chips. Dinner:  Vitamin Water Power-c Dragonfruit (Bottle), Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, garlic fries, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Snacks/Other:  red wine, Natural String Cheese Part Skim, olive oil popcorn.
