Fat: 75.52g | Prot: 120.99g | Carb: 274.29g.   Breakfast:  banana, cheerios, milk. Lunch:  Apple, baked lays potato chips, Chicken Breast (Flame-grilled), Mixed Salad Greens, New England Clam Chowder, Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Peanut Butter. Dinner:  garlic fries, Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Vitamin Water Power-c Dragonfruit (Bottle). Snacks/Other:  Natural String Cheese Part Skim, olive oil popcorn, red wine.
