Fat: 35.10g | Prot: 239.48g | Carb: 176.08g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Concentrated and Isolated Whey Protein, Bananas, Heritage Flakes Multigrain Cereal, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Oranges, Platinum Hydro Whey, PowerBar Energy Gel Blasts (Raspberry). Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Guava, Lettuce, Mixed Vegetables (Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Wasabi Peas. Dinner:  Eggplant, LUCERNE COTTAGE no salt, Mackerel, Salmon Sashimi, Tomatoes, Tuna Sashimi. Snacks/Other:  Gold Standard 100% Casein - Chocolate Supreme.
