Fat: 44.47g | Prot: 36.85g | Carb: 215.20g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, banana, brown bread, frozen blueberries, ovaltine, Vanilla Honey Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  homemade bread, mashed potatoes, nabisco triscut cracker. Dinner:  green beans, meatballs. Snacks/Other:  brownie, jelly beans.
