Fat: 44.47g | Prot: 36.85g | Carb: 215.20g.   Breakfast:  banana, almond milk, Vanilla Honey Greek Yogurt, ovaltine, frozen blueberries, brown bread. Lunch:  nabisco triscut cracker, homemade bread, mashed potatoes. Dinner:  meatballs, green beans. Snacks/Other:  jelly beans, brownie.
