Fat: 85.56g | Prot: 201.77g | Carb: 289.57g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Butterball fully cooked turkey breakfast sausage patties, COFFMATE SUGAR FREE HZLNT, Fat Free Skim Milk, Large Grade A Eggs, Whole Grain Classics 12 Grain Bread. Lunch:  Apples, Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese, Muscle Milk - Chocolate. Dinner:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Lean Turkey Burger Patties, Miracle Whip, mixed berries, Pears, Tomatoes, Tuna Macaroni Salad, Whole Wheat Sandwich Roll. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Muscle Milk - Chocolate, Raw Almonds Unslated, Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers, Yoplait greek with granola.
