Dinner:  banana, blue diamond almond milk, Golden Sweet Pineapple Chunks, Udo's oil, Vega One French Vanilla Nutritional shake, Water, Whole Psyllium Husks. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, honey, Hummus from scratch, water.
