Lunch:  Whole Food Vibrancy Bar - Wholesome Original, zija XM , water. Dinner:  Water, blue diamond almond milk, Udo's oil, Vega One French Vanilla Nutritional shake, Whole Psyllium Husks, banana, Golden Sweet Pineapple Chunks. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Hummus from scratch, water, honey.
