Fat: 110.36g | Prot: 79.92g | Carb: 146.75g.   Breakfast:  100% whole wheat bread, blackberry jam. Lunch:  cheeseburger sandwich, ranch dressing, tossed salad. Dinner:  cobb salad bob evans, colonial dressing bob evans, dinner roll bob evans. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter pretzel sandwich.
