Fat: 93.62g | Prot: 68.25g | Carb: 214.45g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 2% milk, blueberry, frosted mini wheats. Lunch:  crunchy beef tacos taco bell, gordita supreme taco bell. Dinner:  ham slice, mashed potato, green beans, gravy, tossed salad, ranch dressing, brownie, ice cream. Snacks/Other:  cantalope melon.
