Fat: 67.98g | Prot: 77.53g | Carb: 119.48g.   Breakfast:  bran muffin, egg, italian cheese sausage. Lunch:  bacon, lettuce, mayo, tomato, torta roll. Dinner:  asiago pepper bread, champagne, cheese sauce, chicken thigh, green beans, kale salad. Snacks/Other:  asiago pepper bread.
