Fat: 13.01g | Prot: 98.21g | Carb: 96.29g.   Breakfast:  coffee, green tea, yoghurt. Lunch:  beans, brocolli, chicken, chilli, garlic, mustard, olive oil, spring onion. Dinner:  basil, cabbage, chilli, cilantro, fish , fish sauce, garlic, ginger, spring onion, tamarind. Snacks/Other:  banana, coffee, tamarind.
