Lunch:  stir fry vegetables, roasted turkey breast, fat free cottage cheese great value. Dinner:  Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas, Natural Shredded 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, Mild Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Homemade Style Pizza Sauce, Sliced Salad Olives, mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  oatmeal, cinnamon, splenda, anderson erickson skim milk, 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Fiber Max Chewy Bars (Hy Vee).
