Fat: 43.72g | Prot: 52.51g | Carb: 150.48g.   Breakfast:  cup of black coffee, unsweeted Almond Breeze Blue Diamond, steel cut oats, Perfect Food Super Green Formula. Lunch:  7 sprouted grains food for life, hummus, turkey lunch meat, strawberries. Dinner:  venison meat loaf, califlower medley, blueberries. Snacks/Other:  almonds, pretzels, dark chocolate chips, oatmeal.
