Fat: 67.75g | Prot: 78.25g | Carb: 178.93g.   Breakfast:  american cheese, bacon, fried eggs, toast. Lunch:  bbq pork, bun, quaker chewy bar. Dinner:  noodles, pork sausage, spaghetti sauce. Snacks/Other:  jello pudding cup, meat loaf.
