Fat: 93.07g | Prot: 228.62g | Carb: 270.71g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, Shaved Turkey Breast Oven Roasted, Natural Shredded 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Medium Chunky Salsa. Lunch:  Wheat Bread, Scrambled Egg, Pepperjack Cheese, Boar's Head Ham, Red Delicious Apple. Dinner:  Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Sweet Potato, Organic Whole Grain Quinoa, Red Pepper. Snacks/Other:  Cabot Vanilla Bean Yogurt, Special K Low Fat Granola, Six Star Protein Powder, Skim Milk, Fuji Apples, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter.
