Fat: 42.73g | Prot: 53.18g | Carb: 154.27g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, flax seed oil, Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 10g Protein Per 8oz), milk, soy powder. Dinner:  gazpacho, Tuna Macaroni Salad. Snacks/Other:  apple juice, peanut butter, watermelon.
