Fat: 90.64g | Prot: 111.95g | Carb: 236.61g.   Breakfast:  Oats Cereal (Dry, Not Fortified), Milk (Nonfat), Coffee, Nut Mixture with Seeds. Lunch:  Strawberry Shake, Milk (Nonfat). Dinner:  A La King Sauce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Raisins, Coffee.
