Fat: 23.42g | Prot: 67.02g | Carb: 170.85g.   Breakfast:  Coke Zero, dannon light and fit, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  buffalo chicken wrap, Fresh Brewed Iced Tea, lean cuisine pizza, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled). Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), clam chowder, tilapia. Snacks/Other:  Pop-Tarts Frosted - Strawberry.
