Fat: 40.78g | Prot: 69.24g | Carb: 143.86g.   Breakfast:  Multigrain Bread, Cheese Singles, Tomatoes, Green Tea, Cantaloupe. Lunch:  Chicken Schnitzel, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Light Mayonnaise, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  White Rice, Curry Sauce (Dry, Dehydrated), Shrimp (Mixed Species, Moist Heat, Cooked), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Activia Yoghurt Pear, Almonds.
