Fat: 129.30g | Prot: 87.24g | Carb: 379.12g.   Breakfast:  banana, captain crunch, milk, zone bar. Lunch:  baked lays, chicken salad wrap. Dinner:  beef hotdogs, hotdogs, potato salad, squash. Snacks/Other:  chocolate frosted donut, pop tarts.
