Fat: 93.75g | Prot: 114.54g | Carb: 26.91g.   Breakfast:  Pickled Okra, Coffee, Salsa, Cream (Half & Half), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, 90/10 Ground Pork, Mozzarella Cheese (part skim). Lunch:  Spinach, Red Tomatoes, deli roast beef, shredded cheddar cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, cucumber with peel, Black Forest Ham. Dinner:  Provolone mix, Red Tomatoes, Ground Round Beef, Sliced Low-moisture Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Party Peanuts, Cocoa Roast Almonds, Jalapeno String Cheese, Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey), Diet Tonic Water, Lemon.
