Fat: 93.75g | Prot: 114.54g | Carb: 26.91g.   Breakfast:  90/10 Ground Pork, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Mozzarella Cheese (part skim), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Pickled Okra, Salsa. Lunch:  Black Forest Ham, cucumber with peel, deli roast beef, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, Red Tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, Spinach. Dinner:  Ground Round Beef, Provolone mix, Red Tomatoes, Sliced Low-moisture Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey), Cocoa Roast Almonds, Diet Tonic Water, Jalapeno String Cheese, Lemon, Party Peanuts.
