Fat: 31.51g | Prot: 68.89g | Carb: 144.21g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Crystal Farms Better Than Eggs Plus, Egg, Publix Green Bell Pepper. Lunch:  Kroger Peeled Mini Carrots, Lettuce, Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen). Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Nonfat Frozen Yogurt, Wish-Bone Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Luna Whole Nutrition Bar for Women - Lemon Zest, Peach, Publix Red Delicious Apple (Large), Raisins.
