Lunch:  Bananas, Kroger Peeled Mini Carrots, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cooked Okra (from Fresh), Corn On The Cob with Butter, Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Fries, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Beer, Luna Whole Nutrition Bar for Women - Lemon Zest, Peanut Butter.
