Lunch:  Bananas, Kroger Peeled Mini Carrots, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Fries, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Corn On The Cob with Butter, Cooked Okra (from Fresh), Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Luna Whole Nutrition Bar for Women - Lemon Zest, Almonds, Beer, Peanut Butter.
