Lunch:  coffee, fage, Grapefruit, sandwich thins, spinach, sugar free jam, Turk'y Burger. Dinner:  honey, Low Calorie Salad Dressing, Mushroom & Monterey Jack Cheese Tamales, romaine. Snacks/Other:  2:1 oatmeal granola, 2:1:1 Recovery, GOLEAN Cereal, Spinach Soy Cheese Pizza.
