Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Original 99% Fat Free Yogurt - Blueberry, Provolone Cheese, Red Tomatoes (Canned), Soft Tortilla Wraps. Dinner:  Banana Pepper, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Broccoli, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Green Cabbage, Green String Beans, Light Ranch Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich, Grapefruit, Nitro Amino FX.
