Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Provolone Cheese, Soft Tortilla Wraps, Red Tomatoes (Canned), Original 99% Fat Free Yogurt - Blueberry. Dinner:  Sweet Red Peppers, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Mixed Salad Greens, Broccoli, Banana Pepper, Light Ranch Dressing, Green Cabbage, Green String Beans. Snacks/Other:  Nitro Amino FX, Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich, Grapefruit.
