Fat: 90.53g | Prot: 235.24g | Carb: 266.44g.   Breakfast:  baby carrots earthbound farms, Beef Sirloin Skewers, Blueberries, Go Lean, Greek nonfat yogurt, organic apple slices. Lunch:  sliced wheat bread kroger, turkey slices kirkland. Dinner:  buffalo chicken wings, crab cakes. Snacks/Other:  budweiser, dreyers fruit bar.
