Dinner:  Canned Tuna in Water, Pina Colada, Whey Protein. Snacks/Other:  Builders Bar (Peanut Butter), Chicken Wings, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Unsweetened Rice Drink Lactose Free, Whey Protein.
