Fat: 208.96g | Prot: 164.68g | Carb: 622.12g.   Breakfast:  Frozen mixed berries (Blueberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, Raspberry) no sugar added, Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg, Cinnamon Raisin Granola, Pure Almond Milk - Vanilla, French Vanilla Coffee, Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, CITRUCEL ORANGE. Lunch:  Mixed Nuts, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Honey Wheat Sliced Bread, Bananas (Large), Deli Style Provolone Cheese. Dinner:  Old Fashioned Oats, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, Pure Maple Syrup, Lactose Free Skim Milk. Snacks/Other:  Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, French Vanilla Coffee, Deli Deluxe Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices, Ramen Noodle Soup Chicken Flavor, Premium White and Dark Chunk Chicken, Vanilla Soymilk, Cool Ranch Doritos, Bananas (Large).
