Lunch:  9 Grain & Seed Bread, Maranatha No Stir Creamy Almond Butter. Dinner:  Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper - Double Cheeseburger Macaroni, Broccoli Flower Clusters, heart healthy pumpkin loaf. Snacks/Other:  heart healthy pumpkin loaf, Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Lowfat Milk, Strawberries.
