Fat: 53.43g | Prot: 81.43g | Carb: 186.82g.   Breakfast:  Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, Organic Frozen Blueberries, silk light soy milk. Lunch:  bok choi, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), chocolate croissant, Teriyaki Salmon. Dinner:  brownie, Garlic Chipotle Salsa, mustard, Oven Roasted Choice Beef Top Round, Paesano Bread , spring mix, Tortilla Strips. Snacks/Other:  garlic pita chips.
