Fat: 74.58g | Prot: 65.48g | Carb: 178.06g.   Breakfast:  silk light soy milk, french toast, log cabin pancake syrup. Lunch:  potato bread, rotisserie chicken, kraft mayo, Horseradish Mustard, mission tortilla rounds. Dinner:  kirkland atlantic salmon, brown rice. Snacks/Other:  Snickerdoodle.
