Fat: 73.91g | Prot: 77.90g | Carb: 158.38g.   Breakfast:  Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, silk light soy milk. Lunch:  Dried Apricots, Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Frozen Tiger Shrimp, Green Peas (Frozen), Red Tomatoes (Canned), Scallop and Chardonnay Pasta Sauce, veggie penne. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate, Smokehouse Almonds.
