Fat: 70.31g | Prot: 72.27g | Carb: 174.77g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Croissant, Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, silk light soy milk. Lunch:  Oat Bran Hot Cereal, Organic Frozen Blueberries, silk light soy milk. Dinner:  Celery, Collards (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Lean Turkey Kielbasa, Navy Beans, Organic Free Range Chicken Broth (Low Sodium), Red Tomatoes (No Salt Added, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Bar (Giant), Smokehouse Almonds.
