Fat: 96.11g | Prot: 64.44g | Carb: 133.51g.   Breakfast:  Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, silk light soy milk. Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Salad, Chocolate Chip Cookies (Soft Type). Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Kale, Marinara Pasta Sauce-No Salt Added, Mini Ravioli with Cheese Filling, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Smokehouse Almonds, Vanilla Milk Chocolate Almond Ice Cream Bar.
