Fat: 72.66g | Prot: 64.86g | Carb: 97.69g.   Breakfast:  Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, silk light soy milk. Lunch:  beans, canned tomatoes, Chili Powder, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Swiss Chard. Dinner:  Honeycrisp Apples, Raw Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter. Snacks/Other:  Smokehouse Almonds.
