Lunch: beans, canned tomatoes, Chili Powder, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Swiss Chard. Dinner: Honeycrisp Apples, Raw Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter. Snacks/Other: Smokehouse Almonds.
