Fat: 77.72g | Prot: 50.58g | Carb: 169.39g.   Breakfast:  butter, silk light soy milk, sprouts multi grain bread with omega-3. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Crackers. Dinner:  homemade pizza. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Fudge with Nuts, Peanut Butter Fudge, Smokehouse Almonds.
