Fat: 50.01g | Prot: 55.05g | Carb: 120.58g.   Breakfast:  cream, Puffed Rice Cake, raspberries, yogurt peach. Lunch:  almonds, avacado, turkey, whole wheat tortilla. Dinner:  basmati, caesar dressing, chicken, margarine, mushrooms, romaine, sour cream, soya sauce. Snacks/Other:  white wine.
