Fat: 51.59g | Prot: 69.34g | Carb: 213.79g.   Breakfast:  milk, special k. Lunch:  biscuits, crispy Chicken Caesar Salad without Dressing & Croutons, granolla yogurt and fruit, ice tea, parmesan garlic croutons, Thousand Island Dressing (KFC). Dinner:  bread, lemonade, turkey ham, vegetable soup. Snacks/Other:  banana bread, Coffee.
