Fat: 58.71g | Prot: 114.05g | Carb: 269.37g.   Breakfast:  Kraft Cool Whip, Kretschmer Wheat Germ, Lucerne Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Plain, Open Nature 100% natural coconut banana paradise granola, Plain Muffin, Strawberries, SweetLeaf 100% Natural Stevia Sweetener. Lunch:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Hillshire Farm Black Forest Ham, Marketside Romaine Lettuce, Tanarico's hoagie spread, Trader Joe's Reduced Carb Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas. Dinner:  chicken noodle soup, Pillsbury Flaky Layer Biscuits. Snacks/Other:  Utz Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks.
