Fat: 58.71g | Prot: 114.05g | Carb: 269.37g.   Breakfast:  SweetLeaf 100% Natural Stevia Sweetener, Kraft Cool Whip, Plain Muffin, Lucerne Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Plain, Kretschmer Wheat Germ, Open Nature 100% natural coconut banana paradise granola, Strawberries. Lunch:  Tanarico's hoagie spread, Hillshire Farm Black Forest Ham, Marketside Romaine Lettuce, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Trader Joe's Reduced Carb Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas. Dinner:  Pillsbury Flaky Layer Biscuits, chicken noodle soup. Snacks/Other:  Utz Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks.
