Fat: 10.71g | Prot: 50.26g | Carb: 62.87g.   Breakfast:  Kraft Cool Whip, Lucerne Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Plain, Quaker Kretschmer Wheat Germ, Strawberries, SweetLeaf 100% Natural Stevia Sweetener. Lunch:  Celery, Hillshire Farm Deli Select Lower Sodium Ultra Thin Smoked Ham, Little Salad Bar all natural spring mix, Tanarico's hoagie spread, Trader Joe's Reduced Carb Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas. Dinner:  Progresso Light Italian Style Meatball Soup. Snacks/Other:  Prince of Peace Organic Oolong Tea, SweetLeaf 100% Natural Stevia Sweetener.
