Fat: 53.37g | Prot: 121.38g | Carb: 209.42g.   Breakfast:  French Vanilla Almond Crunch Granola, kiwi, oikos greek yogurt. Lunch:  apple, applesauce, baguette, pork roast. Dinner:  cranberry sauce, fried chicken drumstick, Saffron Yellow Rice, spinach. Snacks/Other:  Mini Crispy Rice Snacks - Yogurt & Berries.
