Fat: 105.26g | Prot: 73.77g | Carb: 484.26g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, butter, cool whip, evaporated milk, instant hot cereal, sugar. Lunch:  Bagel, Country Vegetable Soup, Flaxseed and Soy tortilla chips, oyster crackers, Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese, salsa verde. Dinner:  buffalo chicken wings, sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  French Onion Dip, sweethearts, vanilla meringues, Wavy Potato Chips.
