Fat: 12.94g | Prot: 24.96g | Carb: 80.56g.   Breakfast:  oikos greek yogurt, strawberries, wheat germ. Lunch:  applewood bacon egg and cheese, strawberries. Dinner:  light creamy potato with bacon and cheese soup. Snacks/Other:  peppermint mocha instant coffee, stevia.
