Fat: 10.38g | Prot: 36.15g | Carb: 75.79g.   Breakfast:  oikos greek yogurt, strawberries, wheat germ. Lunch:  applewood bacon egg and cheese, blackberries. Dinner:  mediterranean style chicken with orzo soup. Snacks/Other:  kiwi, oolong tea, stevia.
