Fat: 73.92g | Prot: 108.69g | Carb: 260.95g.   Breakfast:  muffin, oikos greek yogurt, strawberries, wheat germ. Lunch:  apple, applewood smoked ham, Bagel, cheese slices, dill pickle chips. Dinner:  rotisserie chicken, sweet potato, Tuscan Seasoned Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  banana, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter, rolo.
