Fat: 106.20g | Prot: 124.84g | Carb: 231.17g.   Breakfast:  muffin, oikos greek yogurt, strawberries, wheat germ. Lunch:  apple, bagel, Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese, rotisserie chicken. Dinner:  half and half blend salad greens, lite balsamic vinaigrette, pinenuts, rotisserie chicken, sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  French Onion Dip, oolong tea, stevia, Wavy Potato Chips.
