Fat: 80.83g | Prot: 89.08g | Carb: 268.69g.   Breakfast:  butter, sugar, evaporated milk, instant hot cereal, blackberries, cool whip. Lunch:  Wavy Potato Chips, bmt. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Shoulder Clod, Top Blade Steak, Trimmed to 0" Fat), lime juice, cilantro, rice, onion. Snacks/Other:  stevia, oolong tea, pop weaver, special K cracker chips.
