Fat: 98.44g | Prot: 103.15g | Carb: 214.34g.   Breakfast:  oikos greek yogurt, blueberries, wheat germ, muffin. Lunch:  bmt, provolone, Wavy Potato Chips. Dinner:  smoked cheddar cheese slices, hoagie spread, kaiser roll, mustard, ground beef, lettuce, kiwi. Snacks/Other:  stevia, oolong tea, Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip.
