Fat: 98.44g | Prot: 103.15g | Carb: 214.34g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, muffin, oikos greek yogurt, wheat germ. Lunch:  bmt, provolone, Wavy Potato Chips. Dinner:  ground beef, hoagie spread, kaiser roll, kiwi, lettuce, mustard, smoked cheddar cheese slices. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, oolong tea, stevia.
