Fat: 12.74g | Prot: 39.04g | Carb: 74.51g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, oikos greek yogurt. Lunch:  all natural spring mix, cheese heads pepper jack cheese sticks, chunk chicken breast, salsa verde, soft taco low carb tortilla. Dinner:  light maryland-style crab soup, light new england clam chowder. Snacks/Other:  oolong tea, stevia.
