Fat: 92.47g | Prot: 110.38g | Carb: 301.78g.   Breakfast:  banana, blueberries, muffin, oikos greek yogurt, wheat germ. Lunch:  Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas (Burrito Size), Deli Sliced Ham, hoagie spread, honey mustard, pickle chips, provolone cheese. Dinner:  apple, ground beef, hoagie spread, kaiser roll, lettuce, mustard, smoked cheddar cheese slices. Snacks/Other:  jolly ranchers, lifesavers, oolong tea, pop weaver, stevia.
