Fat: 74.64g | Prot: 120.93g | Carb: 299.09g.   Breakfast:  muffin, wheat germ, blackberries, cool whip, oikos greek yogurt. Lunch:  mustard, Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas (Burrito Size), Sliced Provolone Cheese, deli roast beef, hoagie spread, All Natural Wavy Potato Chips. Dinner:  turkey, broccoli , butter, yeast rolls, cranberry sauce, stove top stuffing. Snacks/Other:  banana, jolly ranchers, twizzlers, lifesavers.
