Fat: 144.86g | Prot: 103.37g | Carb: 330.34g.   Breakfast:  avocado, bacon, blackberries, cool whip, Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled), Light Italian Herb Flatbread. Dinner:  chicken wings, pork fried rice, roasted peanut noodles with peanut sauce, scallops, yeast rolls. Snacks/Other:  Champ Chocolate Lovers ice cream cone, cheez-it duozs, Chips Ahoy! Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies, dark chocolate sea salt caramels (gift box).
